USAGE: histstats inimg outimg [-f HIST_FILE] [-L]

histstats determines image intensity histogram, and
yields some global image histogram statistics.

ARGUMENTS:
    inimg: input image filename (TIF)
   outimg: output image filename (TIF)

OPTIONS:
  -f file: write output data file holding histogram values
       -L: print Software License for this module

histstats lvr1rf.tif lvr1rfh.tif
